Whether you're attending a fundraiser, celebrating scholarship recipients, or supporting a local cause, every event plays a role in building a stronger future for Scott County and the surrounding area.
SCF ANNUAL EVENTS
Giving Day
Join in on the annual Giving Day! Scott Community Foundation Giving Day is an effort to encourage donations to local non-profit organizations by giving in person at the local Scott Community Foundation Office or to give online. Donors will select which non-profit to support. 100% of their donations will go to the organizations’ fund held with Scott Community Foundation. Gifts of any amount are welcome and encouraged. Donation totals will be made public throughout the day on radio and Facebook.
Golfing For Grants
The Scott Community Foundation hosts the annual Golfing for Grants Golf Tournament at the Scott Community Golf Course to raise funds for non-profit organizations in the Scott Community. Whether you’re a pro, amateur or just want to try your swing on the golf course, join the fun!
Women for Women
The Women for Women Fund was established by Scott County Women who made donations to build a permanently endowed fund to support local programs focused on improving the quality of life and opportunity for Scott Community women and girls. The Women for Women group members meet annually for a reception to celebrate the year's accomplishments and the grant and scholarship recipients.
